- Settecento

- Starbucks

- Wetzel’s Pretzels

- Kreation Organic Juicery
This SoCal born brand has been spreading throughout the area, and now Owner Marjan Sarshar is bringing Manhattan Beach a new restaurant soon. Keep up to date with the details.
- DIA Natural Wines
A natural wine shop is headed to the area this summer, owner Marissa Adele Rodriguez hopes. This new Los Angeles business will specialize in selling natural wine, wine products, artisan goods, ceramics and more.
- Dear Jane’s
As a sister concept to Dear John’s, this new restaurant will be taking over the former space of Chart House. Restaurateurs Patti and Hans Röckenwagner are teaming with chef Josiah Citrin to bring the concept to fruition. We’ve got the full report here.
- Cafe Ruisseau

- Long Beach Fish Grill
Opening in the mixed-use development The Enclave, owner Jessica Dinglasan spoke with What Now recently to share about opening the brand’s second location this summer. Expect excellent seafood that’s been in the area since 2007.
- Lea Jane’s Hot Chicken
The hot chicken brand is planning to open its second location in the area. Expect this new Los Angeles business to open in either late summer or early fall, according to a company rep.
- Corner Bakery Café
Pico Blvd. will see a new restaurant by mid-June, which will be the brand’s 23rd L.A. County location. Our reporter Joey Reams writes that the new Los Angeles restaurant is coming to the area by way of Pandya Restaurant Group.
