The project applicant is requesting Tier-3 project incentives under the city’s Transit Oriented Communities Incentive Program, including a 10-unit density bonus, plans show. Named 5067 Bakman in planning documents, the development would offer 13 automobile parking spaces between the ground floor and one subterranean level, as well as 29 bicycle stalls.

Amenities at the 22,240-square-foot, approximately 65-foot-tall building would include a roughly 700-square-foot recreation room.

The project representative and architect for 5067 Bakman is listed as NE Designs, a Sherman Oaks-based firm.

The three-bedroom single-family home project site was recently acquired for about $975,000, according to a transaction recorded with Los Angeles County in 2019.
