There is no official location for the company’s first brick-and-mortar, but their website suggests it will be coming soon. For now, customers can taste the restaurant’s upcoming food by finding the food truck throughout the streets of Southern California, or through catering at a private event. The food truck can be found at multiple locations per day. The schedule is available online, showing the food truck’s location for the majority of the month through August.

Once the new Los Angeles location finally opens, it will be a massive accomplishment for the company, which started in 2017 in West Hollywood. Two years later and the owners took their fan favorite chipotle taco on the road with their new food truck. Through the years, the owners have taken pride in creating dishes that bring our heritage to life while incorporating the modern culture in Los Angeles. Guests can expect fresh ingredients, meats marinated overnight, and salsas and sides prepared daily.

“Themed as So-Cal Modern Mexican Cuisine, we differentiate by using the freshest ingredients to create dishes that set us apart from other Mexican restaurants,” according to the company’s website. “All menu options begin as appealing “vegan first” dishes, which can be upgraded with a choice of healthy animal or vegan proteins. Our goal is to make healthier Mexican food accessible to our communities as our menu allows us to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and keto.”
