The new authentic Mediterranean restaurant is expected to replace Greens Up! Salads within the Shoppes at Westlake Village at the end of February 2022. Owner Nadav Garber will use his family’s traditional hummus recipe with warm toppings as the foundation of this restaurant. He and his wife, Natalie (AKA Lali), are excited to start a unique family business. Customers can expect a modern twist on middle eastern originals with a special touch, such as their Signature Lalis Sandwich and a special unique schnitzel slider trio.

Although the restaurant will be new, Garber is no stranger to the industry. The professional chef has worked with food since he was a young boy. During COVID, Garber did a lot of private events and pop-ups, creating a high demand to open a restaurant. Later on, Garber hopes to add more items to the menu once the restaurant is established.

The Los Angeles entrepreneur now gets ready to open his first restaurant to honor his family’s recipes. Hummus Lali will share a building with Tifa Chocolate & Gelato, 101 North Eatery & Bar, and another restaurant that will eventually replace Olio e Limone Ristorante. This will be the only Mediterranean restaurant in the area.
