The incoming outpost is part of Bushfire’s SoCal expansion initiative fueled by a partnership with CapitalSpring, a leading private investment firm. Regarding the new store, QSR says it will accommodate 36 indoor diners and over 90 on its large covered and heated patio.

Founded in 2012, the family-owned and operated chain seeks to combine affordable prices and delicious, nutritious cuisine to create an experience that the Barwin cousins “feel proud to bring [their] family to.”

The menu offers hearty dishes like grass-fed chimichurri tri-tip, Thai chicken curry, and lauded empanadas, as well as craft beer, wine, and sangria.

“We are thrilled to announce our newest location in Rancho Cucamonga, in response to the many requests from our loyal customers in the area,” says CEO Oliver Barwin. “We look forward to sharing our passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all.”
