This exciting news comes just before the opening of the brand’s fourth location, which will sling Mexican-Japanese fusion fare at 422 W Rancho Vista Blvd c 300, Palmdale, CA 93551.

Currently, the company has locations in Sylmar, Valencia, and Northridge. As for where else Xevichez hopes to grow roots, Zaragoza tells WNLA she and Co-Founder Cynthia Flores are eyeing “the Antelope Valley and beyond.”

Some notable menu items from the Xevichez team include the Aguachili Roll, which highlights a Sinaloan dish comprised of raw shrimp cooked in chiltepin peppers, lime juice, and salt, and the Mariachi Loco Roll that features Red Snapper, pico de gallo, and spicy house sauce.
