All Season Brewing To Open in Streamline Moderne-Style Firestone Tire Building on La Brea

Parent company Pouring With Heart is partnering with Chicas Tacos for the brewery's food component.

Pouring With Heart, the hospitality company behind concepts including 4100 Bar, Arts District Brewing, and Broadway Bar, next year will open All Season Brewing in the Sycamore Square neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The craft brewery will be housed in the Streamline Moderne-style Firestone Tire building, at 800 South La Brea Ave., Eater LA Friday first reported.

Reps with Pouring With Heart confirmed the news in an email to What Now Los Angeles (WNLA) but denied a request for updated project renderings.

Social media and a website landing page for All Season Brewing are now live promising “good food, good beer,” and “good folks,” at the forthcoming craft brewery.

Visuals of vintage race cars in black and white seem to pay homage to the 13,000-square-foot former service center that will hold the new concept’s 15 brewing barrels.

All Season Brewing will serve 20 beers on tap in addition to wine and cocktails.

On the food side of things, Chicas Tacos will open as part of the new brewery in partnership with Pouring With Heart.

When WNLA reached Chicas Tacos Co-Owner Christopher Blanchard over the phone in November for an update on the company’s soon-to-open Culver City outpost, he mentioned plans for future locations but would not comment on specifics.

Blanchard and his team are also eyeing locations in Mid-City and in Venice.

Plans to revitalize the Firestone Tire building—which dates back to the 1930s—were first announced in 2017.

At the time, Conroy Commercial was looking to turn the space into a food hall (rendering pictured above.)
