“Topanga Social is a curated collection of 25 specialty food and drink venues, an indoor/outdoor cocktail garden, and the first-ever outposts of LA’s hottest pop-ups,” according to Business Wire.

Amboy will join the likes of Dtown Pizzeria, Mini Kabob, Daniel Son’s Katsu Sando, Margarita Garden, and I Love Micheladas

As for Chef Alvin Cailan’s offerings, the Chinatown staple serves massive yet unembellished burgers — often with sesame seed buns primed to soak in the dripping juices — spam-rice-egg dishes, Filipino-style sandwiches, desserts, and drinks.

What’s more, Cailan — the founder of the more well-known Eggslut — offers diners Amboy fries, a loaded mound of meaty, cheesy, saucy goodness, and an Amboy hotdog that comes with caramelized onions, pickled peppers, and garlic aioli in a custom hot dog bun.
