The exact location of the company’s newest location is unknown, but CEO Yianni Kosmides confirms with What Now LA that the new site will be within Los Angeles County. Franchisee Caroline Daniel will own and operate this upcoming location, expected to open sometime in early 2023, according to a press release. Daniel brings over three decades of experience in the restaurant, real estate, and financial industries. Now she is getting ready to expand the company’s fifth overall location.

“Partnering with someone with the experience and knowledge that Caroline brings to the table is an amazing accomplishment for us,” Kosmides says in a press release. “The Apóla brand is steadily making waves in Southern California, and attracting more franchisees with impressive résumés like Caroline’s will only help us expand even more. We just celebrated our first location’s fifth anniversary, and the best is yet to come over the next five years!”

Apóla Greek Grill is currently found in Orange County: Yorba Linda, and Irvine. The Greek restaurant recently launched a franchise program, making this expansion possible. Now, Apóla Greek Grill is looking to add either a brick-and-mortar restaurant and potentially up to two ghost kitchen locations in Los Angeles County before the end of 2022. Overall, the company hopes to open three or four restaurants in 2023 and five or more in 2024, with the focus staying on Southern California.
