Farid and Saeed’s combined expertise has been key to Artelice’s success. Farid, the head pastry chef, initially trained as an industrial engineer before pursuing his true passion at Le Cordon Bleu, where he graduated in 2012. His skillful approach to pastry-making is evident in every item on the menu, with meticulous attention to flavor, technique, a presentation. Saeed, whose background is in mechanical engineering, manages the operational side of the business, ensuring that Artelice runs smoothly from the central kitchen to their retail locations. Together, the brothers have created a patisserie that blends culinary artistry with strategic vision, delivering both traditional and innovative pastries.

Artelice’s offerings include an extensive selection of cakes, viennoiseries, macarons, and seasonal items, all made with carefully and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Notable menu items include the Exotic Cake, featuring pistachio sponge with a tropical fruit mousse of mango, banana, and passion fruit, and the classic Napoleon, a layered puff pastry with pastry cream, soft caramel, and Madagascar vanilla ganache. The patisserie also offers a variety of croissants, from the classic Plain Butter Croissant to more creative options like the Persian Princess, filled wi pistachio and infused with rose and orange blossom.

Artelice has earned a loyal following for its impeccable pastries since it opened seven years ago, and has garnered widespread recognition. Hours of operation are Tuesday – Friday – 9:30am – 6pm, Saturday & Sunday – 9:30am – 5pm and Monday – Closed.
