An opening is on the books for Wednesday, May 12, the restaurant this month announced on its social media with great egg-citement.
“The wait is officially over,” Breakfast Republic posted to its Facebook page. “We are so excited to announce that Breakfast Republic West Hollywood is opening on Wednesday, May 12th! Who is egg-cited to join us?”
Known for its playful takes on American classics, the restaurant will serve Oreo Pancakes, Chicken Wing Breakfast Bowls, and S’mores French Toast. The new spot is housed in a corner space of the Domain mixed-use, at 7141 Santa Monica Blvd.
“We are an innovative breakfast destination that locals and visitors are flocking to when they’re in search of a fun and unpretentious place to begin the day,” according to the restaurant’s website. “Raising the ‘bar’ is BR’s rotating list of 20 beers on tap, which are available as samplers to complement many of the unique dishes we serve. We’ll give you something to crow about here. And that’s no cock ‘n bull.”
Breakfast Republic West Hollywood joins existing locations in North Park, Liberty Station, Encinitas, East Village, Ocean Beach, Carmel Valley, Pacific Beach, Mission Valley, Irvine, and Costa Mesa.
