With its roasting headquarters in Montclair, Avatar Coffee Roasters is set to open a shop at 1951 E Dyer Road, Unit B in Santa Ana.
“Founded on the love of coffee and the love of people,”Avatar Coffee Roasters prides itself on sourcing all of their coffees from “growers in different regions around the world.” The ethically sourced company purchases its coffees on fixed farm-gate pricing to ensure “sustainable business and profit for producers year after year.”
The company goes a step further, “giving back one dollar for every bag of coffee sold to those less fortunate.”
Aside from its charitable generosity, Avatar Coffee Roasters is known for its fresh, high end specialty coffee. In a video posted on Facebook earlier this year, Director of Coffee Jared Hales explains that “each coffee is roasted fresh to order and packaged immediately after roasting.” The roasting department is always working to fine tune and improve its coffee roast profiles, ensuring that “each specialty coffee is freshly roasted manually to draw out its best characteristics and qualities.”
