Designed by Gensler, the proposed project would rise five stories and replace a surface parking lot just north of the existing office campus at 5870, 5880, and 5890 W. Jefferson Boulevard. Plans call for four levels of office space at about 69,000 square feet each and a 56,000-square-foot ground floor, all above three subterranean levels of parking with space for about 900 automobiles.
During its monthly meeting on Monday, the West Adams Neighborhood Council will discuss the project proposal and possibly approve the concept, its agenda shows.
Lincoln Property Company and Clarion Partners acquired the seven-acre office property, which has been occupied by tenants including Spin Master and MedMen, in 2020 for $169 million. The joint venture first filed application documents for its 328,000-square-foot expansion plans later that year, according to city planning documents.
Also involved in designs for the proposed development is landscape architect Murase Associates, plans show.
