BNDR Music was founded in 2018 with the mission to allow subscribers to watch musical artists perform live in concert. With the planned restaurant, the company hopes to stream its exclusive content of live music from the restaurant and bar. BNDR Music Ltd. signed a 10-year lease, valued at roughly $3.25 million, according to an Instagram post from Brandon Cohan of CBRE, who represented both sides of the transaction.

“When I first heard of this tenant’s Concept, I didn’t fully grasp the future of the world,” Cohan wrote of the deal. “The coronavirus is changing retail. Honored to be at the forefront…”

BNDR Music Ltd. CEO Andrew “Andy” Nematalla told What Now Los Angeles that the opening is slated for mid-2021.
