Breadblok prides itself on using the finest and purest ingredients without losing taste. It will be moving into a nearly 2,000 square-foot space in Unit 103A of the new development, expected to open in the next few months.

Notable nearby retailers include Warby Parker, Kreation, Heyday, Eszettt, Pine & Crane, and more.

A former auto-body shop, 1529 W. Griffith Park Blvd. is situated just north of the Sunset Triangle Plaza and has been completely remodeled and reinvented as a retail and restaurant destination.

Real estate agency Beta announced the news earlier this month.

“We’re thrilled to announce that Breadblok will soon be opening on the Eastside,” Beta said. “The space will feature 1,924 square-feet including a private outdoor patio area. The Win-Dow at American Beauty will also be opening at the project.”

Breadblok was reportedly represented by Rob Ury of Beta and Lorena Tomb of Urbanlime represented the landlord, RYDA Ventures.

After opening in Santa Monica in 2020, Breadblok has big plans for the future as it looks to continue to revolutionize the gluten-free market, offering organic, gluten-free indulgences for all dietary needs.

The bakery offers everything from the classics like baguettes, scones, and other pastries, to a kitchen full of sandwiches for customers to snack on.
