Brick & Flour North Hollywood, at 12900 Victory Blvd, replaces Krimsey’s Modern Cajun and will be the third location for the growing brand following the opening of an outpost a year ago in Pasadena. The original Brick & Flour is housed in Glendale.

“The three owners are passionate about the restaurant and have put their blood, sweat, and tears every day and night working hard to have their dreams of having three Brick & Flours come to fruition,” according to the advert. “The entire Brick & Flour team is excited and ready to go! We now just need to continue adding more members to our team and would love to welcome any and all applicants that to want to join our ever-growing passionate family.”

The “artisanal Mexican grill” offers tacos, burritos, tortas, and bowls, served along sides like beer-battered fries and street corn. Rounding out the menu is a churro donut for dessert. Breakfast burritos and tacos are also available all day long.
