The Glendale-based concept from Partners Gary Kirikian, Zhilbert Kirakosyan, and Andrey Pilikyan, will replace the now-shuttered Monsieur Crêpe, at 105 N Hill Ave #102.

Kirikian in an email Monday said an opening is slated for the first or second week of December.

“We’re more of an artisanal restaurant rather than authentic Mexican,” Kirikian said.

The new store is “bigger” than the original in Glendale and will eventually serve beer and wine, and will have later operating hours if all goes according to plan.

On the menu is “neo-traditional” Mexican eats like the Crispy Chicken and Carne Asada entrees which can be ordered as tacos, a burrito, torta, or bowl.

Sides include Beer-Battered Fries and Street Corn, and a Churro Donut rounds out the menu for dessert.

As for future Brick & Flour outposts, “we’re gonna focus on growth and franchising in the future.”
