Bruxie – a chain focused on waffle sandwiches, chicken tenders, and custard shakes – is bringing its tenth California location to Westwood Village. CEO Scott Grinstead confirmed that the corporate-owned store should be open by the end of July.
“Bruxie has reimagined the American comfort classic Chicken & Waffles to create an entire menu of bold, fun and totally unconventional waffle sandwiches, righteous chicken tenders and artisan custard shakes! Scratch-made sauces, high-quality fresh ingredients, handcrafted and made to order…We’re committed to quality and passionate about our craft,” their website says.
The menu includes chicken tenders, fried chicken and waffle sandwiches, sweet waffle sandwiches, the Bruxie burger, fried chicken sandwiches, breakfast combos, salad, loaded waffle fries, spiced tots, mac n’ cheese, shakes and frozen custards, coffee, and more.
Bruxie currently has nine open locations in SoCal, including El Segundo and Long Beach, as well as two additional stores in Georgia.
