The company’s ninth location is set to move into the Circle Marina Center near the Traffic Circle area, according to a recent liquor license application. It’s unclear when this location will open, but customers can expect comfort food that redefines classic American cuisine and accommodates preferences like vegan, vegetarian, and more. The company has locations in Rancho Cucamonga, Eastvale, Menifee, Temecula, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Mission Viejo, and Riverside. This will be the first in Los Angeles County.

This is a massive accomplishment for the company, considering it was founded in 2012 by two cousins, a chef and entrepreneur, looking to make a difference in how people eat. Over a decade later, their family business proudly continues its mission to provide healthy, delicious food at affordable prices. The menu at Bushfire Kitchen features a variety of dishes made from ingredients of the utmost quality. On top of various comfort foods, such as sandwiches, salads, burgers, empanadas, and more, the restaurant offers plenty of beer, wine, cocktails, and even a happy hour.

“At Bushfire Kitchen, we are committed to providing our guests with healthy food that is made from scratch,” according to the company’s website. “Our menu is inspired by global flavors, and we strive to use the highest quality ingredients in all of our dishes. Made slow and served fast, our comfort food redefines classic American cuisine. We source fresh fruits and vegetables from local farms when possible and serve premium-grade proteins, including grass-fed beef, sustainable salmon, and antibiotic & hormone-free poultry. Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free, we’ve got you covered. We believe everyone should have access to fresh, flavorful options, regardless of dietary restrictions.”
