The third location, recently announced on the restaurant’s Instagram, is expected to open around Christmas 2021. The new restaurant, which will be called The Haven at Whitesails, will replace Salt Waterside Bistro in a 3,000 square-foot location. Caribbean Haven plans to create a completely new menu for this location, different from the Ventura and Thousand Oaks restaurants.

“We create a unique Island-inspired fare using fresh, high-quality ingredients, leveraging authentic cooking approaches and recipes that deliver a memorable experience,” according to their website. “We make fresh, delicious eats everyone can enjoy!”

The original restaurant, located within the Montalvo Square Shopping Center at 1780 S. Victoria Ave, opened in 2017. All three restaurants will be owned and operated by Hutton “Bobby” John, an Ivy League trained and internationally recognized vegetable seed scientist and chef. Despite having a new menu, The Haven at Whitesails can expect to feature similar Caribbean and Filipino dishes welcomed by vegans and non-vegans alike.
