Jess Rona Grooming is opening soon in Larchmont Village.
It’s the first brick-and-mortar for Owner Jess Rona whose list of celeb clientele includes Katy Perry’s micro teacup Poodle Nugget.
Jess Rona Grooming will replace Far Corners Antiques & Art in the recently-acquired Larchmont Place shopping center, at 656 N. Larchmont Blvd., and is slated to open in March 2020.
The City of Los Angeles this week issued the necessary permitting to convert the former retail space into the groomers, with construction estimated at $35,000.
Jess Rona Grooming is the latest tenant change at Larchmont Place following the center’s recent acquisition by MCAP Partners.
MCAP gave the commercial building its new name and a light cosmetic refresh, and in the shuffle, lost Ampersand boutique which has since relocated to 7424 Beverly Blvd.
