The family-owned and operated restaurant started in South Torrance in 2005 and can now be found in Rolling Hills, North Redondo Beach, Santa Ana, and more.

With rotisserie chicken, kabobs, salads, pasta, and other specialties, the Mediterranean restaurant serves award-winning food and offers its guests a wide selection of modern Mediterranean cuisine with delicious taste and high quality.

“We serve quick-service delicious Mediterranean cuisine,” Managing Partner Ramsey Karame said

He hopes to open within the next month or two.

Chicken Maison will be opening in a 2,300-square-foot unit in the Fountain Valley Plaza. A great retail and trade destination, it sits in a densely populated area with over 650,000 people within a five-mile radius.

“We’re nearby the freeway and visible,” Karame added.

He hopes to bring unique cuisine to the area and is already looking at more destinations for the Mediterranean restaurant.

“We’d like to continue to expand,” he added.

He said he’s looking at Orange County and South Bay for possible locations.
