CityRow, Chipotle, and The Habit Eying The Vineyards at Porter Ranch

Leases for the three new businesses are in negotiations.

It’s not a done deal, but a source familiar with the pending leases tells What Now Los Angeles (WNLA) that there are talks to possibly sign CityRow, The Habit Burger Grill, and Chipotle to The Vineyards at Porter Ranch. The high-intensity indoor rowing studio, burger chain, and fast-casual burrito joint, respectively, are in the final stages of negotiations to open in the new Whole Foods Market-anchored mixed-use, at 20065 Rinaldi Street.

It was recently confirmed to WNLA that Silverlake Ramen was also in the “very early stages” of coming to the development with an opening not expected until early next year.

There are several other businesses expected at The Vineyards at Porter Ranch: AMC TheatreFinney’s CrafthouseLure Fish HouseTrek Bicycle, and The Joint Chiropractic. The Vineyards website also confirms that stores that are already opened include a Whole Foods MarketPeet’s CoffeeNordstrom RackJersey Mike’sGus’s BBQHSBC BankPatxi’s Pizza, and The Vineyards Nail Spa.
