Dtown Pizzeria — a Detroi-inspired, premium pan pizza concept by Chef Ryan Ososky — is coming to Westfield Topanga’s new food hall, Topanga Social, this spring.
“Topanga Social is a curated collection of 25 specialty food and drink venues, an indoor/outdoor cocktail garden, and the first-ever outposts of LA’s hottest pop-ups,” according to Business Wire.
As for Dtown, the restaurant is the brainchild of Chef Ryan Ososky who trained under acclaimed chefs such as Michael Mina, Charlie Palmer, Wolfgang Puck, and Bradley Ogden.
What’s more, Dtown was recognized in the 2021 International Pizza Competition in Las Vegas, winning 1st place and World Champion in the pan division.
While Westfield Topanga has predicted a spring opening for its 25 concepts, Ososky tells What Now Los Angeles he’s unsure of Dtown’s actual debut date.
