The Chicago-based restaurant finally expanded into Los Angeles County last year with its Culver City location at 8801 Washington Blvd. On top of the two Chicago locations and a site in Scottsdale, AZ., Etta is also planning to open in Houston, Miami, and Las Olas, FL, by the end of the year. As for West Hollywood, along with a new Dallas location, guests can expect an opening sometime in 2023. All locations will feature a wood-burning brick oven that bakes pizzas to perfection.

When the new West Hollywood location opens, customers can expect to find something for everyone on the menu. From crave-worthy pizza and warm focaccia to fresh, crisp seasonal salads to family-style shared pig and lobster picnics, Etta proves to be more than just a wood-fire pizza restaurant. Just as the kitchen is the focal point of interaction within a home, Etta’s open kitchen design gives guests that same intimate experience.

“We pay attention to every detail – our service is superior, and we believe in generosity, making every etta experience exceptionally thoughtful,” according to the company’s website. “We love the neighborhoods that we serve and look to add rich diversity, creativity, culture, and history.”
