The exact timeframe is iffy, like many restaurants planning an opening in the future made unclear, due to the novel coronavirus. “Now, it is difficult,” they told What Now Los Angeles (WNLA). The construction will convert the Chinese Perfect Bakery into something more suited to Gasparian’s brand — much like their first Euro Fusion location, at 10024 Commerce Ave in Tujunga

“Our indoor and outdoor patio dining area are spacious and family friendly,” the Euro Fusion website states. “We also have a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 50 people. All of our popular menu items are prepared fresh, just for you! There is always delicious food for everyone and every taste.”

Gasparian is most excited “for the community and to provide them our Mediterranean food.”
