The new 1,000 square-foot store will replace a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer in the second half of 2022, considering their five-year lease begins in May. Owner Sam Polk has been adding more locations than one can count. Currently, the company has 25 locations in Los Angeles, 12 of which are coming soon. The rapid increase in locations compliments their mission to make fresh, nutritious food accessible to everyone, everywhere. Now the company has 30 total locations, all in California, with many more on the way.

“In Los Angeles, we want at least 400 restaurants,” Polk once told Restaurant Business Online. “Wherever you go in L.A., there will be an Everytable restaurant around. And Everytable vending machine in offices, apartment buildings, universities, hospitals, mechanics shops. Our plan is to have at least 10,000 of those around the Los Angeles area. We’ll be completely ubiquitous.”

The fast-growing Southern California micro-chain aims to correct fast-food culture with healthier options at the same price. The company believes that fast food in America has become a multi-billion dollar business that has become the country’s landscape. Everytable aims to redefine this landscape the same way McDonald’s did 50 years ago, but this time, instead of burgers and fries, with nutritious, fresh, made-from-scratch food at the same fast-food prices.

“Everytable’s business model drastically reduces the costs of the standard restaurant model,” according to their website. “Chefs at our local kitchen turn fresh, wholesome ingredients into delicious meals, which we sell through our small, grab-and-go storefronts. From start to finish, everything is designed to be super-efficient, and the savings are reflected in our prices.”
