Fast casual Japanese ramen and hand roll restaurant, bushi by JINYA to host grand opening celebration

bushi by JINYA is ready to deliver a transportive experience with its authentic Japanese cuisine to the Los Angeles community beginning Tuesday, Jan. 17.

bushi by JINYA is located at 8443 Haven Ave. near the Rancho Cucamonga Epicenter Stadium and Toyota Arena. To celebrate the grand opening, the first 25 guests at lunch and the first 25 guests at dinner will receive free ramen.

“We can’t wait to share the soul of ramen and elevated Japanese cuisine with the wonderful communities in the area,” said JINYA Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi in a statement. “We look forward to welcoming everyone to the restaurant and serving them an experience that will leave them wanting to come back for more.”

Rancho Cucamonga’s bushi by JINYA will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily. The new location will mark the first bushi by JINYA in the area and the second in California and systemwide.

bushi by JINYA specializes in ramen, hand rolls and karaage (Japanese fried chicken). Enjoy chicken, tonkotsu, or vegan broth accompanied by three-day, dry-aged noodles. Sourced straight from the Ariake Sea, bushi by JINYA also offers hand rolls made with the highest quality nori available in Japan and the United States.
