The company’s fourth location is set to open in the former home of Big Red Seafood Market, according to a recent liquor license application. It’s unclear when this location will open, but it’s likely to open after the Hollywood Park location of Martin’s Cocina y Cantina, considering that the site is expected to open in early 2025. When the new Fiesta Martin opens, guests can expect delicious Mexican food, giant margaritas, and excellent customer service.

Fiesta Martin Mexican Grill offers a diverse menu featuring enchiladas, crispy tacos, and popular American breakfast options like pancakes and French toast. Customers love the excellent service and delicious food, making it ideal for family meals and date nights. The restaurant also offers an extensive drink menu and happy hour specials! Fiesta Martin features flavorful dishes, including fresh guacamole and cheesy queso fundido with chorizo. The Fiesta Platter is perfect for sharing, includes cheese quesadillas, taquitos, and nachos.

This location will be ideal for the owners of Fiesta Martin, as it is situated near Circle Park and Inglewood’s entertainment district. The new restaurant will be approximately two miles from the Inglewood Cemetery and across the street from several entertainment venues, including Kia Forum, YouTube Theater, Intuit Dome, SoFi Stadium, and Hollywood Park Casino. Visitors to this area can soon look forward to enjoying a variety of delicious Mexican dishes.
