Finney’s Crafthouse — an American tavern founded in 2016 by Greg Finefrock (FinneyFrock) — will soon open its tenth and eleventh location in Redlands and Stevenson Ranch, an upscale and unincorporated community in the Santa Clarita Valley of Los Angeles County.
Finney’s nine other locations reside in Westlake Village, Santa Barbara, Ventura, SLO, Porter Ranch, Burbank, Orange, Camarillo, and Laguna Beach.
Per the company’s Instagram, the Redlands outpost is set to spring up this fall, with a September debut in the works.
While an opening date for the Stevenson Ranch branch is currently unknown — Director of Business Development Brad Finefrock did not respond to WNLA’s request for comment — a recently-filed ABC application lists the incoming address as 25636 The Old Rd, Valencia, CA 91381.
The Old Road shopping center is a massive retail and restaurant mecca featuring big names like Marshall’s, Jersey Mike’s, Five Below, Cost Plus World Market, and Cabo Cabana Fresh Baja Grill.
Finney’s menu features more than 50 made-from-scratch favorites, from shareable appetizers, entree salads, and specialty tacos, to flatbread pizzas, hot wings, gourmet sandwiches, and signature burgers.
Each venue also includes a “high energy” bar at its nucleus with 30 mostly local and regional draft brews and an extensive menu of hand-crafted signature cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices and fresh-cut garnishes.
Finney’s is open daily for lunch, dinner, happy hour, and late-night dining. They are kid-friendly, family-friendly, and dog-friendly (on the patio).

Both locations will feature a large four-sided bar, an expansive outdoor patio, and a seating capacity of 230 guests. Finney’s Redlands will even have a game room built into the old bank vault!”
