The retailer’s last day will be August 1, 2020, a Fisher Hardware manager Thursday told What Now Los Angeles in a telephone conversation.

It’s unclear who is developing the planned mixed-use but Lee & Associates is marketing the project and its 10,606 square feet of available space.

The entire project is 21,488 square feet.

Unit A, a roughly 5,001-square-foot space, is being proposed for restaurant use, complete with a patio.

Unit B is being proposed as creative office space with a 3,605-square-foot layout.

The project is slated to come online in January, 2021.
