The aviation-themed restaurant moves into a 4,046 square-foot location, consisting of 2,876 square feet of indoor space and a 1,170 square feet patio, according to a case filing for the restaurant submitted to the City of Los Angeles. The patio will face the airport, giving customers even more to look at while enjoying their food. Inside will have 67 available seats for customers, while the patio will have an additional 30 seats. The restaurant will open every day at 7 am, closing at 11 pm from Sunday to Thursday, and open until midnight on Friday and Saturday.

As for the food, customers can expect to find breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the menu. Flight Deck Bar & Grill will specialize in American cuisine with Mexican, Cuban, and Italian-inspired dishes. Those who decide to enjoy their meals within the restaurant can expect to find occasional live entertainment for up to three musicians at a time. None of the music will be amplified nor played outside on the patio.

The restaurant will move into its location at an unknown date, owner Cynthia Lang tells What Now Los Angeles. She hopes the new space will be welcomed by visitors of the Van Nuys Airport and residents of Van Nuys. The restaurant wishes to share its love for aviation, passion for food, and high-quality service all at the same time.
