The company’s newest location is set to move into the former home of Lemon Tree Chinese Cuisine in the Roadside Plaza, according to the Conejo Valley Guide. Owner Rob Pausmith, founder of the Pausmith Group, tells What Now Los Angeles that he hopes to open this concept at the beginning of the new year, offering delicious burritos packed with high-quality ingredients around a warm flour tortilla. Frankie’s Breakfast Burritos will sit at the corner of the building.

Frankie’s Breakfast Burritos, named after Pausmith’s father, was born out of a love for fresh, flavorful breakfast food that can be enjoyed anytime. The owner wanted to create something that offered a unique twist on traditional breakfast items wrapped in a warm, delicious burrito. The idea was to make high-quality, locally sourced breakfast burritos that everyone could enjoy. It all started after Pausmith had a conversation with one of his best friends, who was dying for a fantastic breakfast burrito, which is apparently hard to find. Now, he’s getting ready to open the first of many new locations.

“We’re incredibly excited to bring our breakfast burritos to our surrounding neighbors and friends,” Pausmith tells What Now Los Angeles. “We have an amazing team by our side. We are looking forward to sharing some amazing things that will be happening and serving. We see a lot of potential for growth, and this first location is just the beginning. Once we’re settled in and have built a strong foundation here, we plan to look at other areas to expand to.”

Pausmith tells What Now Los Angeles that the company is focused on making this a community-centered spot—welcoming, casual, and dedicated to great food. Frankie’s Breakfast Burritos will have some exciting menu items that aren’t just the typical breakfast fare, and the restaurant is all about experimenting with new flavors while keeping things classic.

“We can’t wait to introduce everyone to Frankie’s, and we’re hoping to become a local favorite for both morning commuters and breakfast lovers. Plus, we’re offering some grand opening specials, so it’s a great time to stop by and check it out!”
