Furn Saj Bakery focuses on bread that is baked in-house each day, specialty Mediterranean and vegan flatbreads, shawarma, and kabobs on the skewer, according to Co-Owner Mel Succar.

Succar told What Now Los Angeles that the business is family-owned, -run, and -operated with two existing locations in Granada Hills and Glendora. The business was founded in Granada Hills in 2013 with the second location opening in 2019. The name, Furn Saj Bakery, references “furn,” which means oven, and “saj,” which is a type of authentic Lebanese bread.
