The company tried to open a new location in the former home of Ventura West Hand Car Wash, but plans were axed following further evaluation. Now, the company is looking to add a new location at the corner of Ventura Boulevard and Rigoletto Street, replacing an already closed Bank of America. The 6,739 square-foot bank looks to be demolished to make room for a new 3,342 square-foot In-N-Out with a drive-through. If approved, the new In-N-Out will likely open sometime towards the end of the year, possibly early 2023.

This will be the second Woodland Hills In-N-Out, along with dozens more throughout Los Angeles county. The company also has a location in Canoga Park. The new In-N-Out will be a perfect option for those taking the 101 to Ventura County. The company also has plans to open new locations in Valencia, Sylmar, Santa Ana, and San Diego.

If the new Woodland Hills location is approved, the new restaurant will follow the same business model that has made the burger chain one of the most popular ones in Southern California. Guests can expect the simplistic menu that has captivated burger lovers around the world. The classic burger will be available with cheese or as a double or triple. Fries and milkshakes will also be available from the new location.
