PhilHouse’s menu includes a range of items like pork and chicken BBQ skewered on bamboo sticks; grilled seafood options like whole boneless bangus, tilapia, and pompano, each marinated with citrus and spices, then stuffed with salsa; Liempo, a long-sliced pork belly marinated in citrus juice, soy sauce, and spices; BBQ Value Packs; combo meals, which include an entree item with rice or bihon noodles; and more.
An opening date for the L.A. store has not been announced. The store recently requested a CUB from the L.A. City Planning Commission to allow the sale of beer and wine in the restaurant and grocery store.
