A liquor license for the incoming restaurant lists Good to Go Foods, LLC as the entity’s primary owner, with five additional LLCs described as “members.”

The first logged member is Enoy Repeat, LLC owned by Greg Plummer, an El Segundo-based airport concession investor/operator and CEO of Concord Collective.

Plummer founded Enjoy Repeat — a full-service hospitality management, development, and branding firm — after 12 years in the airport concession industry.

What’s more, in 2021 Plummer engineered an incredible acquisition when Concord Collective netted eight separate food concessions at Los Angeles International Airport.

Plummer graciously agreed to provide What Now LA with additional information about Pizza Please, calling the eventual opening “very exciting!” Details are forthcoming.
