Two years after opening their maiden operation in Agoura Hills, the SoLé family debuted a second soup studio in Thousand Oaks

According to the company’s website, they have ongoing plans for expansion in addition to the quickly incoming third location.

The SoLé concept operates like this: SoLé SoupS are crafted daily from local produce (when possible) — ensuring each creation is void of preservatives, soy, fillers, and added sugar — before being delivered to their respective “soup studios” in Agoura Hills and Thousand Oaks (and, soon, Calabasas).

From there, the thoughtfully-made, broth-based concoctions are sold to hungry customers on the go, as SoLé’s SoupS are crafted with busy lifestyles in mind.

The menu offers a curry creation, tomato soup, detox soup, bone broth, chili, chowder, stew, and much more.
