The company hopes to open a new 2,126-square-foot restaurant with a 712-square-foot outdoor patio in the Westfield Topanga & The Village shopping center. The new corporate-owned restaurant will have a total of 131 seats. This is just one of many new restaurants coming to the shopping center, including Gengis Khan BBQ Grill, Suki Hana, Modern Bread and Bagel, and Umai Savory Hot Dogs. A representative from the company tells What Now Los Angeles the company expects to open this location in Spring 2023.

The rest of these new restaurants will all likely open towards the end of the year, when the Westfield mall is planning to open its new chef-driven food hall. The mall is also adding a new entertainment center and luxury fashion wing with over ten new brands. New retailers coming to the shopping center include a nearly 21,000-square-foot Arhaus with artisan-crafted home furnishings, a new Hermès boutique, and a full-service Pinstripes gaming and bowling entertainment center.

As for JINYA Ramen Bar, this is the latest new location after recently announcing a nationwide expansion for its restaurants bushi by JINYA, JINYA Ramen Bar, JINYA Ramen Express, and Robata JINYA. JINYA Ramen Bar is slated to open more than 15 restaurants in existing and new markets, including Long Beach. To further expand its footprint, JINYA Ramen Bar recently partnered with Placer.ai to elevate its real estate site selection efforts and gain greater insight into where customers live, eat and shop.

“We are really excited to partner with Placer.ai,” said JINYA Ramen Bar Founder Tomo Takahashi. “We hope to gain a better understanding of who our ramen-loving fans are so we can target development in their areas and provide them with the best JINYA experience.”
