The company’s newest location is set to move into the ground floor of Vox, a seven-story podium building with 100,000 square feet of retail space right on the premises, according to a recent liquor license application. Franchise owner Will Zhang will own and operate this location, which is expected to open before the end of the year. This will be the company’s sixth location in Los Angeles County, following locations in Studio City, Burbank, Downtown, Santa Monica, and Long Beach.

At JINYA, customers can experience ramen the way it was meant to be, with thick, rich broth perfectly balanced with handmade noodles. The restaurant offers a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chasu to a perfectly cooked and seasoned poached egg to fresh garlic, that will take your ramen bowl to the next level. Guests are encouraged to elevate their experience further by pairing it with small plates or a craft beer.

“JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business,” according to the company’s website. “From the water we use to prepare our broths – FUJI Water – to the special aging process that our noodles undergo before they’re cooked and served, we’re crazy about ramen and pay meticulous attention to everything that goes into your bowl. You’ll quickly see why, at JINYA, we say, “No ramen, no life.”
