The new cafe is moving into the Westfield Fashion Square in 2022. The West Hollywood-based company was founded in 2013 and has since expanded to another location in Century City’s Westfield Mall. The Melrose St. location is their only stand-alone brick-and-mortar, while their other two sites can be found within their respected mall’s food court. La Creme Cafe will join Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice as new dining options coming to the mall.

La Creme Cafe specializes in freshly squeezed juices, 100% natural smoothies, and a wide variety of organic coffee drinks. The pop-up cafe will also serve Belgian waffles, sweet and savory French crepes, Italian paninis, fresh salads, and gluten-free pastries. The new La Creme Cafe will join Eartbar nad 85 C Bakery Cafe as healthy quick grab-and-go snacks within Westfield Fashion Square.

Stoian “Stoli” Genoff, co-owner of La Crème Café, continues a family legacy that began in Bulgaria. His father owned a restaurant, and the family all worked together “in one of the most difficult businesses in the world,” recounts Stoli on their website. They found the ideal location on Melrose and got started on a 54-day remodel with “a lot of love and money.”
