The Beaches WeHo team has unveiled an exciting new venture, Beaches Tropicana, set to take over the former Heart WeHo location at 8911 Santa Monica Boulevard. Heart’s original partners — NSYNC star Lance Bass and Paul Nicholls — will be joining the Beaches team as a result and are no longer affiliated with Heart according to the WeHo Times.
A post on Beaches WeHo’s Instagram says the Tropicana outpost will be the brand’s new flagship headquarters, and will combine “a full-service Cuban-American restaurant with an entertainment venue where you can dine, dance, and enjoy top-notch performances all in one place.” The post also says that the existing Beaches WeHo location at 8928 Santa Monica Blvd will also be getting a makeover and will transform into Beaches Baja “with a fresh new vibe and an exciting new Tex-Mex menu.”
Renovations at the new Beaches Tropicana are scheduled to begin immediately following the Pride Month, with a grand reopening planned for Labor Day 2024.
