“It’s hard to say when we will open right now, but I think we are about two months out,” Owner Armen Mehrabi said.

He said the restaurant will have the same design with the yellow on black and will continue to sell great Mediterranean food that includes a variety of Vegan options.

The Middle Eastern restaurant is known for its modern interpretation of classic dishes and its use of high-quality fresh ingredients.

With locations in Glendale, Sierra Madre, and Van Nuys, Lemon Zest Cafe serves kabobs, chipotle bowls, and other specials.

Opening in a 2,550 square-foot unit, Lemon Zest Cafe will be in one of the busiest centers in Sherman Oaks alongside other successful national tenants such as Starbucks, Baja Fresh, Jamba Juice, Noah’s Bagels, and more.
