Chef Tin Vuong and the team at Black House Hospitality group will be opening a new outpost of Little Sister at the complex this summer.

The concept, which has existing locations in Downtown LA, Redondo Beach, and in the Irvine Spectrum, specializes in east meets west Vietnamese food inspired by Chef Vuong’s personal heritage and the rich cultural history of Vietnam.

Expect an expansive menu featuring sharable starters like lemongrass pork and beef skewers, salads with fresh local produce, rice paper wraps, noodles, seafood, and even some larger format meat dishes like braised pork belly with crispy shiitake and leek fondue.
