Succulent Coffee Roasters is working on a lease at 17196 Pacific Coast Hwy., in Huntington Beach.

A letter of intent has been executed for the 1,744-square-foot space, confirmed Joseph Lising, Managing Director at Cushman and Wakefield.

Details of the plan are still under wraps.

Succulent Coffee has a roastery at 6130 S. Avalon Blvd. Unit 203, in Los Angeles, and a café at 501 Park Ave., on Balboa Island in Newport Beach.

The HB property is a trophy end-cap location in the shopping village near the Warner Avenue and PCH intersection, across the street from Bolsa Chica State Park. The area gets a lot of traffic along the iconic highway in Surf City.

Succulent Coffee Roasters started “knowing it could be a force for change in our industry, our community, and our world,” officials wrote on the company’s linkedIn. Their tagline, “Doing good. Brewing good,” backs that up.

“Whether serving guests at our shop, catering an event, providing white label solutions, or shipping freshly roasted beans across town (and country), we’re confident Succulent Coffee Roasters will leave a positive, lasting impression,” the message reads.

The coffee brand includes roasts like Marine Layer, which combines tastes of black currant, cocao nibs, and molasses; and Finca Dulce Luna, which has flavors of strawberry, cotton candy, and honeycomb. They also offer Wipeout, which blends all of their “errors” together for a delicious cup of coffee.
