The duo of chefs is officially taking over as both the head chefs and owners of this gastropub inside The O Hotel. Before this change in ownership, The Burrow Bar & Kitchen was founded and owned by Michael Rahimi in 2018. This hideaway would offer signature craft cocktails alongside a curated selection of beer and wine, paired with light and tasty tapas such as arepas and cheese plates. Now, Huh and Spaziani plan to incorporate fan-favorite comfort food from tacos and burgers to truffle bacon mac and cheese.

These two have plenty of experience to take over this restaurant. Spaziani is from Caracas, Venezuela, with an Italian background, while Huh is from Los Angeles, CA, with a Korean background. The two met when Spaziani was working as the corporate chef at Taste, while Huh worked as an Executive Chef at one of the restaurants within the same corporation. They started to collaborate harmoniously and create amazing dishes. Soon enough, they realized they could work together on their own instead of for others.

After much consideration, the chefs officially launched ML Eats, which includes restaurant consulting, food trucks, events, catering, and private chef events. Spaziani is also the new chef for Bravo’s Below Deck Sailing Yacht reality show. Now, the two have decided to come together once again to pursue their first brick-and-mortar. Spaziani and Huh will continue the missions of The Burrow, which include craftsmanship with every cocktail, fresh ingredients, genuine hospitality, and love in every interaction.
