“The restaurant will be open to the general public, so you won’t need a ticket to get inside. It’ll be a great place to grab a snack or have lunch or dinner. The menu hasn’t been finalized but there will be items like burgers, sandwiches, fries, and a full bar with wine, beer and liquor,” said Salar Sheik, founder of Savory Hospitality.
“The project started almost two years ago when Madame Tussauds’ operators came to us with the idea of offering rooftop food and drinks. We worked together to figure out ways to make it stand out in the Hollywood environment and what people, especially tourists, were looking for in the area.”
Upon stepping into the rooftop, visitors will experience a “tasteful Hollywood vibe” that is “not like Planet Hollywood,” but there will be film-themed items like reels and props.
