  1. The historic Pico Corridor, in the heart of Mid City
  2. South Culver in the Del Mar neighborhood
  3. Westfield Topanga at its incoming food hall, Topanga Social

Regarding timelines, Andrew Sinclair tells What Now Los Angeles, “We’ll be opening our doors at Topanga Social as soon as we’re given the all-clear from the team up in Topanga. It’s a project with a lot of moving parts, [but] we’re excited to be getting close to serving coffee soon!”

As for the remaining two locations, Sinclair says those debut dates are “definitely up to the health department.”

However, if everything goes as planned, Andrew and Sarah are aiming for an April or May opening for both the Mid City and Del Mar stores. Stay tuned in to Madlab’s socials for updates and peep additional details here.

“MadLab’s mission is to love people a whole lot more, instead of a whole lot less. To help bring about inspiration with great tasting and responsibly sourced coffee rooted in close and respected relationships.”
