This is the latest from the Martin Family, which also owns Antojitos Martin and Fiesta Martin. The new Martin’s Cocina y Cantina is expected to open in early 2025 and offer a variety of delicious Mexican food and drinks, according to the company’s Instagram. The Los Angeles Business Journal first reported this, mentioning that the new Inglewood development would be welcoming a new location of Antojitos Martin. The company confirms that this will be the second site of Martin’s Cocina y Cantina.

“Exciting news! We’re thrilled to announce that Martin’s Cocina y Cantina is opening its second location at Hollywood Park in 2025!” according to the company’s announcement on Instagram. “On behalf of the Martin Family, A heartfelt thank you to our incredible staff, supportive community, and loyal customers for making this possible. We can’t wait to share this new journey with all of you.”

This is just one of many new tenants coming to Hollywood Park in the coming months. Other new businesses set to join the mixed-use mega-development include The Meeting Spot, Phenix Salon Suites, Red Bay Coffee, Smize Ice Cream, Social Pies, and Verizon. While The Meeting Spot is set to open later this year, the rest of these incoming tenants will open early next year. Hollywood Park will also host CineVita, an immersive music and film experience by live-event coordinator For The Record, from December to April.

“Food and beverage offerings such as Martin’s Cantina y Cocina and The Meeting Spot bring energy and activation to the project while the addition of Phenix Salon Suites caters to daily needs,” Jack Nathan of Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, part of the leasing team at The Shops at Hollywood Park, said in a statement. “With Iconix, Cinepolis and Cosm, the synergistic co-tenancy we are striving for is being realized and much more is to come.”
