Mendocino Farms, a fast casual chain featuring chef-driven sandwiches and salads, will be opening a new location in Encino this March, according to the company’s website

Helmed by CEO Kevin Miles, Mendocino first opened its doors in 2005 and has since grown to more than 50 locations throughout California, with over 20 in Los Angeles alone. The corporate-owned brand also has a presence in Texas and Washington.

Mendocino prides itself on using the freshest ingredients and offering seasonal menus throughout the year. Their restaurants are known for their creative sandwiches like the “Not So Fried” chicken, Peruvian steak and pork belly banh mi, as well as salads like The Modern Cesar and Pink Lady Beets & Goat Cheese.

Mendocino also offer house made beverages, including different flavored agua frescas and lemonades, and have a number of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
